DriftGuard — AI Code Migration & Modernization
DriftGuard is an AI-powered developer-tool project designed to help developers detect dependency and API drift, generate targeted code changes, run repository tests, repair failures, and package the resulting changes into a reviewable changeset.
The core workflow is:
Detect → Analyze → Patch → Test → Repair → Package
DriftGuard focuses on a common software-maintenance problem: a dependency, SDK, or API changes, and existing application code needs to be adapted.
Current statusDriftGuard is a verified development foundation / prototype and is offered as a software project and IP asset.
The current project verification includes:
17/17 automated tests passing
Real HTTP application boot confirmed
FastAPI-based application foundation
AI-assisted migration workflow
Repository analysis
npm and PyPI registry integration
Automated test execution and repair workflow
Docker configuration
Technical documentation
The verification demonstrates that the current development foundation is executable and testable. It does not represent production-scale validation, independently verified commercial traction, or revenue.
Technical foundationThe current project uses Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, Uvicorn, AI API integration, npm/PyPI metadata access, repository analysis, pytest, Docker and related development tooling.
The architecture is designed to support future CLI, CI/CD, repository and developer-workflow integrations.
Included in the acquisitionThe buyer receives the agreed DriftGuard project assets, including:
Source code
AI migration workflow
Skill configuration
Automated testing assets
Docker/deployment configuration
Project documentation
Technical architecture materials
DriftGuard branding assets
Associated development files and repositories
The exact final transfer inventory will be confirmed at handover.
Commercial opportunityDriftGuard is currently pre-revenue.
Potential future monetization models include pay-per-execution, team subscriptions and enterprise deployments.
Potential development opportunities include GitHub/GitLab integration, pull-request automation, CI/CD workflows, AST-based analysis, additional programming languages and package ecosystems, dependency graphs, migration history, rollback capabilities, enterprise controls and stronger production infrastructure.
These are future opportunities, not claims of existing functionality.
Why is it being sold?DriftGuard was developed as a focused AI software-engineering project and is being offered to a buyer who wants to take the existing technical foundation further commercially.
Ideal buyerThe project may be relevant to:
AcquisitionAsking price: $19,500 USD
The project is offered as an exclusive single-buyer acquisition.
The price represents the project, technical foundation and included assets. It is not based on ARR, MRR, revenue multiples or existing commercial traction.
Technical and commercial due diligence is encouraged before acquisition.
